Not Me Monday

I love Not Me Mondays! It's a great way to share all of the crazy things that do( or should I say do not?) happen. After a short break, it's back. This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.

When I needed a gift for a birthday party I most certianly did not take Bryce's new unopened lego kit he got for Easter and wrap it up. And when I realized that no one else was bringing presents (it was a birthday party for a 5 year old...aren't you supposed to bring a gift?), there is no way that I opened it up and put it back in his room. 

*When I got behind on laundry last week (on a side note..when am I not behind on laundry?) and Callie ran out of clean underwear, there is no way I raided her brothers drawer and found a pair of 3T boxer briefs for her to wear. 

*My life is not crazy at all. And there is no way that last week I put a roast in the crock pot for dinner and then completely forgot about it. Later that afternoon I didn't tell Bryan we needed to go out for dinner because I had nothing planned. Upon returning from dinner, we did not smell yummy roast, perfectly cooked!! Really...who in the world is so busy that they forget they already had dinner cooking!?!

*And my favorite!! I am not over to moon excited that we have 3 car payments left and just paid off all of our credit cards :) And we are not excited at all that he finally has a steady job and has been working crazy overtime to get us caught up on all the bills. And we didn't take the kids out this weekend and spend way to much money having a family night out to celebrate!!
